We have been using our concession, vending and serving yurts for years.  We own and operate a food vending booth at the LEAF festival twice a year.  Customers are excited to walk in and see such an unusual and elegant space.

We have used them in the past for serving sushi, as an information booth and as a first-aid shelter at a festival.
